Neuspeed P-Flo Cleaning
My Neuspeed Air Intake came with no instructions on cleaning. Does the filter require oil? Does it come pre-oiled from factory? I would have expected some guidance in the instructions, and my searches haven't helped.
I have a cleaning kit from an old K&N which I guess should work. Could use some input. Thanks.
