I have two problems with my TT fwd 1,8 coupe.

First, when I start up in the morning, the dash is dead. After the interior warms up some, it starts flashing and then lights up with all gauges working.

Second, my abs and traction control lights stay on all the time now. They used to flash occasionally but would clear up after re-starting the car.

A local wrench up front thinks these problems are in the cluster?

Any places to start at? Thanks in advance,
