I couldn't hear my DV when I got it installed and was surprised at the difference the intake made. Now I can't creep about town cause I'm whooshing all over the place.

Its a tad bit off center but what can you do? I went with a mounting cup. I'm sure going to miss the estimated fuel milage and outside temp......ppssss.

My local APR shophttp://velocityfactor.net(this link just won't work right) got the carbreathingproper.I'm sure my intake will be on their website soon.

What all did they have to do to get the car to breath right? I like that intake especially if it goes all the way to the grill. How much did it cost?

The intake was close to $300 (no shipping charge). Thats all I was referring to by breathing. The difference between the DV and turbo with and without it is like night and day. My APR guy was recommendingan aftermarkettubo inlet hose next.

Thats not that big of deal for the 180's if you had a 225 then yes it would be a big deal. I personally wouldnt worry about it till after you get a few more mods like a DP and catback.

I know the 180's have a cast aluminum peice that attaches to the turbo, are the 225's all hose, thus the collapsing? Just a thought.
