Default new suspension

I just installed the bilstein pss9 system and so far so good except for one thing. I wanted the front lower than the rear just slightly so i set that and took it to the dealership to have the alignment and other things done for an 2200 mile trip i leave for in 10 hours. Yesterday while driving i kept hearing a rubbing sound and thought it was too low but i was wrong. the steel plates that are used for the height adjustment were rubbing on the tires in the front. I know i need to get spacers but i cant get them today so any suggestions? I was thinking a larger washer maybe two per bolt just enough to keep the tire from rubbing cuz it will prolly blow out with my luck. I raised the front up enough for now but the issue is the alignment. I had to raise it about an inch or so and im sure that screws up the camber and toe in the front.

id rather risk tire wear with the car up higher than washers on a bolt to space it out and have less threads holding the tire on.

I did the same thing when I first put my KW's on. Pretty much slammed it for the hell of it, and after a few miles of driving I could smell burning rubber. Passenger side was spaced far enough, but drivers side rubbed for some reason. I couldn't drive with the car that low anyway. First adjustment was to fix that rubbing (only took a 1/2" change), second adjustment was after I bottomed out and split my oil pan.

Now its at a reasonable height. : )
