hi, well i just purchased a 2001 audi tt 180 with 73k miles on it. I want to get some horsepower out of this thing but no crazy upgrades so bolt on stuff that can fit almost into place without having to change much. these where things i have in mind.



Chip- which chips works the best?
k04-001 - how much can i expect to get out of this? hp wise?
CAI
FMIC - do the ebay ones work?
EXhaust - can you custom make one?

with all this done what numbers might i be seening? and what else can i do to it?

Ok this is what im really interested in what do i need to clock out anywhere between 220 to 250 at the motor and about 270 and up torque?

what the mbc ? how does it work? where can i get it?

turbo back is the exhaust can it be made or has to be bought?

what about chips which one gives out the most?

 

mbc = manual boost controller
get a 3" down pipe , then u can do custom . having someone make a dp can be spendy and a wast of time they are $110 on ebay.
for chip... theres so much info on this forum ... just gotta look around

 

ok do i need a mbc with a chip? or are the seperate things? how does the mbc work?

are the FMIC any good from ebay?

i mad my own cold air intake on the car. it came with a BOV already installed.
