Default New Wheels

I just got these on my car today. I like them... the spokes are a sandblasted finish and the grey matches the interior nicely.

Thanks bud... I love this little car. When I first started shopping for a TT I didn't realize how rare the white is. I'm totally into it.

Your car and rims look very nice.It would look better if you picked up some rear wheel spacers to push the rear wheels out flush with the quaters. It looks like you have a little clearance and should have no rub.

Murderface... I agree. I'm not happy with the Hotchkis springs ride height. I wish I had bought the H&R setup. It drops the front 1.3" and the rear 1.2". The Hotchkis setup only drops the car .9" on both ends. I am also debating whether or not to just get coilover kit and be done with it. I just hate having to sell off my Bilstiens seperately and eat it on them. I'm sure though that I could pull around $350 out of the set of four. They literally have less than 1500 miles on them. I hardly drove the car last year.

I want to do the votex body kit on the car and think it will look stupid at the height it is now. It would look so much more aggresive if it sat down on it haunches correctly. I don't know what I was thinking when I bought these springs. I should have known I wouldn't be happy with them.

Thanks bud... I agree. I'm going to get the H&R spacer for it. The calculator for the TT wheel spacer setup calls for a 19mm front spacer, but all I can find are 20mm. The rear takes 25mm. I want to push the wheels out further so the car will have a more aggressive stance. There's plenty of room under the fenders for that.

ScoTT la rock (btw... I love BDP... I'm an old school fool) the wheels are Privat Netz's. They were really reasonable. Discount Tire Direct carries them. The 19" x 8" 5 x100 for the TT are $230 a pop. I'm running Falken FK452's on them in a 235/35R-19. I'm really liking them.
