so my first audi, my first turbo car. first time on audi forums.
01 tt 225q. chipped with apr and forge 007 dv.

that is pretty much what is done to my car. other little things here and there but one question...

a guy is seeling a t-carbon fmic.. anyone tell me some info on this brand? whoel setup is $350.

would this be smart to buy considering i still have stock DP and exhaust?

its basically a couple hoses and ebay ic. If you like it might aswell get it, not going to see the same gains as an exhaust but since you are chipped, you will see some

tCarbon does alright for a stock turbo, but if you plan on upgrading your turbo, plan on upgrading the IC. Exhaust would see more gains...but IC might be a good idea for summer heatsoak.

From what I hear Tylor's not going to be making the tCarbon FMIC's anymore...at least the 180 models, not sure about 225's.

Tcarbon is good for the stock turbo and a chipped car. Not a bad deal for 350, I paid about 550 new.

I would save up and go with a 42dd dp and something like a blueflame catback. Together they will net you a very noticable gain throughout the powerband
