You really cant compare them to the cars that you have listed as those are Muscle cars and the TT is more of a touring car. My roommate has an 89 Mustang GT, and just yesterday we got the chance to go full open on a stretch of highway. I was in my 01 225 TT roadster and he in his Mustang. He killed me on the straight, but then we came to a fairly sharp corner and he practically had to stop, where I could maintain speed and accellerate through the corner. Two COMPLETELY different animals. Just depends on what you want to do. Go fast in a straight line or go fast and turn. I will probably get hounded for this but...Anybody can go fast in a straight line, it takes a driver to go fast through a turn.
Just my two cents. Good luck with what ever you decide.

hhahaha I love the way you put it. another way to show the quattro's superiority over the other cars on the turns... I just love the feel of the g-force on the corners.

I've been drag racing for 14 years and would have to disagree with you. I've seen too many 15 second LS1 cars to believe that anyone can go fast in a straight line.
