Not really. Curiosity got the best of me yesterday so I removed the door panel on the way to installing a new head unit and speakers. I needed to see where I could mount crossovers for the component door speakers. I got to give credit to Audi for going above and beyond on the wiring. Now if only I could figure out how to remove the quattro.

I'm trying to figure out what speakers I should install. Any opinions? I was thinking MB Quart Q series or maybe Infiniti Kappa.

I've got Boston Accoustics in mine

 

go with the Kappas they are great

 

My vote is for the MB Quart... Awesome speakers.

 

Man! Focal's will blow all of those away! If you can afford them that is

 

Get some Bose speakers! Yeah those will be great!! :-p

 

Well I'm getting there. I never would have thought that this in-dash would fit but...... Now all I have to do is figure out the wiring. I have power and thats about it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed on sound.
