yeah, get a good tire and get a road hazzard for it, they will fix up to 3 nails or holes then after that they would replace it and all you have to pay for is new road hazard and tax. if they cant repair the tire they will replace it. i know this cause i work in a tire store, i know some people who intentionally put nails on their tire which would make it unrepairable and they would get new tires

those are like nankan tires, cheap. you get what you pay for. you drive an udi, why would you want those cheap tires? that's like putting a hubcap spinners on a range rover.
I definitely agree. thats why I askedopinions on it. My issue isI just watched my friend throw ridiculous money on tires for his MKV and he gets a new nail every couple days. Now he is on(2) Falkiens and(2) Fuzions. Florida is nothing but construction and irresponsible independent contractors.
He may want to invest in a Road Hazzard Warranty. Here in Indy we have tons of debris on the streets and HUGE Potholes. I just got some winter tires in November and had a blowout last week. Luckily I had the Tire Rack's Road Hazzard Warranty and they replaced the tire and overnighted it to me. I only had to pay to put it back on the rim which was about 20 bucks at Goodyear. I have the Hancock 106 series tires on the Stockers and they are an okay tire for the money. I will probably go 18 inch rims for the summer and go with some General UHP Summer Tires. They seem to be rated pretty well and are pretty darn cheap too.
pot holes thats exactly whats keeping me from buying another street bike and apr stage 3+ my tt lol

Works for me. Nitto Invo, they are $ tho. I have also had great luck with Fuzion ZRi and especially HRi on my Prixs!

Works for me now too [8D] I had Nitto Drag Radials on my Stang. They were great but didn't last very long. I am sure these Invo's are a lot better but a tad on the pricey side

The HRis are awesome, I have made 60+ track runs with them on the GTP, countless burnouts, street races, etc, and there is still a huge amount of tread left. The ZRi is a decent in-exspensive good looking tire, but strictly Summer only!

These are what I use... I love them. They are really good if you are planning on driving very aggressively (like in track situations) and are a good alternative to buying race wheels/tires. There isn't really a need to have them just for street driving because they do wear out faster than other alternatives that are equally as good for street driving, but I'm very pleased with them for their ability to carry seamlessly from the street onto the track (after they get warm of course) without sacrificing much performance (I'm not saying they are comparable to race rubber, I'm just saying that they are a very "sticky" tire that is one of the best "crossover" tires that I've driven on). My only complaints are that they have a tendency to "chunk" after a few track weekends and they are pretty expensive. But they look F'ing mean haha so it's all worth it
