Default One annoying clunk fixed....

Received and installed my Energy poly dogbone bushing. Thanks to my neighbors bench vice, installation was gravy. My stock one was pretty nasty and looks like it was starting to dry rot. The new poly one fixed a slight clunk I was getting when accelerating/decelerating. Wasn't 100% this would fix it, but want to try it anyways, figured for $16 why not. Clunk is GONE and car actually seems more responsive off the line. Didn't replace the bolts as forum advice says to skip them, and threw the small round bushing in my toolbox for another day.

Also couldn't resist and picked the deluxe mirror switch cover at the same time. Actually looks really nice, mine was kind of scratched up. After seeing it installed it looks like it came with the car.

Thanks - it's nice to hear how a problem was solved. Too many times we never hear what happened.

My pleasure. I agree, there seems to be lots of posts on the different forums of "I'm having this problem..." and then a plethera of suggestions and then rarely a "It worked, and here is what I did..."
