Default OuTT of here.. It's been fun

Well.. I traded my 2002 TT 225 Roadster in today. I know I will miss it at times.. other times, no so much. I love the TT and will always have fond memories of my year with her. Although I did have to split my time with the Dealership as it seemed it was up there as much as it was with me (all Warranty, but still).

What caught my interest enough to give up my hot little roadster you might ask... #618 out of 1200 of the 2007 Fahrenheit GTI. 2.0T and 6 speed DSG and screamin' Lamborghini orange. The similarities between this and its Audi cousins are incredible. Sure, I'm not sporting the four rings, but I think I'll get by. I appriciate the info I've gotten here over the past year. Take care all you TT lovers.. I'll probably be lurking around here for a long while.

I've seen two Fahrenheit's lately. I love how they painted portions of the interior to match the exterior. Beautiful car.

Here is a pic of my car from the showroom.. it's been miserable weather here so I haven't got any decent pics yet.

Ok, here's a 6 monthupdate. I still like my GTI, but I'll tell you, there is definately a difference in quality of service between VW and Audi. I have been at odds with service dept since an hour after I bought the car. I feel like I went from the Waldorf Astoria to a Super 8 in terms of service... and it's the same dealer I had my Audi serviced at, but they have Porsche/Audi in one building and VW in a third world country, totally seperate. I suppose ifI were to do it over I would have got the A3, which was only about 3k more than my GTI. Although if I were able to have this car serviced at the Audi part, I'm sure I'd be much happier. Oh well.. If you like good service steer clear of VW, or at least the one you can see in my front tag in the pic...
