I was going to replace mine, but just patched it with a big aluminum plate and some screws/nuts.
Don't forget to buy about a dozen of the torx screws...

I noticed on the stock one it has some sort of intake holes in it and the Panzer doesn't have those does anyone know if the effects performance or causes overheating or are the holes really just not needed?

I LOVE my Panzer plate! It's saved me a ton of cash I've scraped it hard probably 10 times bottomed it out on a hill(hard!)at least 2 times. All of these incidents would have put me out of comission. Not only does it save the bottom of your car, but it siffend up my front end noticeably. As far as overheating or ventilation, i live in south florida(hot as *****!!). And I've never had a problem. Impressive chunk of metal! I can't say enough about it.
