Default Performance Questions

Hi I have a 2001 180HP audi tt and I wanted to do some upgrades and use APR. I was going to do the ECU upgrade, stage 1, and stage 2 upgrade which consist of intercooler, diverter valve, some hoses and exhaust. Since I have the less horsepower TT, will these upgrades do any damage to my car and is it ok. I evetually want to put the bigger turbo which comes with fuel injectors, fuel pump, etc. I do drive this car around regularly also. If anyone knows anything about this please let me know, thank you.

Ofcourse a modded car is never going to be as reliable as a stock car. If you mod it correctly though, it shouldnt be a problem. Just remember it's almost a 9 year old car...

If it was me, I would do apr chip, downpipe and exuast for engine mods. No point in keeping up with the hp war with new cars at 400+ hp stock now.

Chip, intake, exhaust. You'll be fine starting there, theres no reason to screw with the injectors or fuel pump at this point.

basic modding is in the faq. A chip, mbc, turboback and fmic are the best for a basic modding powerwise
