if its staying within that 10* span, you dont really have an issue. May want to run the car up to those temps with the cap off the coolant tank to push any air that may be in the system also.

radupro...
This is a very very common problem on the TT..
Because its a Turbo Cars and the cooling relies on intercoolers... the vehicle temp will always go up when you stop moving. Its because the intercoolers only work when you are driving because air is blowing on them and cooling down the intak temps. when you stop, the air stops. When you drive on the highway... the engine gets really hot... and it wont go up because the air is blowing on the intercoolers and keeping it cool... but when you stop, the air stops and the temp rises.

You can check your temp Sensor and make sure its a green-top sensor... but that is almost never the cause of what you're talking about.

the rise in temp when you stop driving is because you are not getting airflow on the intercoolers when the car isnt moving. I wouldn't worry about it too much. But if the temperature goes up while you're moving fast... then you have a problem.
If it only does it when you stop at a light... or when you are driving very slow in traffic... then its normal; its one of the things I do not like about the TT... but it happens.

another thing you can do... you can have an electrician wire your fans to both be on all the time... and that will help keep things a little cooler... but you'll go thru fans faster; but thats about it

.I change the thermostat,water pomp

how did you orient the thermostat in the case housing........? The outer "bar" should be vertical for proper coolant flow.

my fans start at 96-97 first step.

are both fans running or /and both fans turn on?

with the air cond. on both fans should be running. With ambient (outside air temp) above 30C those numbers you have are sorta o.k.

hy...I change my temp sensor, now when i drive the temperature stay on 86-87 ...120-140km/h 89-90 ..... 140-180-200 km/h that's no problem i think it's ok but when I stop it's going to 94-95 when the engine it's on and the both fans start at 94-95 first step(both fans are working first and second step) but when i stop the engine the temperature rise up to 102-104 and when I start the engine the temp will go down to 95-96 ,just like seconds from 106 to 96....I call to Audi and he said to me there is an auxiliar water pomp that start when I turn of the engine to keep moving my water inside the cooling system ....maybe it is , maybe not I don't see it anywere....or hear about it please tell me to check I don't know where it is(it's electric pomp)

but when i stop the engine the temperature rise up to 102-104

if you stop and turn off the engine the water temp will go up........thats normal heat soaking. When you restart the engine the temp will go down.

there is an auxiliar water pomp that start when I turn of the engine to keep moving my water inside the cooling system ....maybe it is , maybe not I don't see it anywere....or hear about it please tell me to check I don't know where it is(it's electric pomp)

The auxilary water pump motor should start when the car is cold when you first turn on the key. It will run for a few seconds and then stop. It will start again when you bring the motor up to temp and stay running after you turn of the motor so as to cool down the water cooled turbo. Most of these electric pumps have failed and seem to have a life of about 60 or 70K miles. The pump is important only if you run the car hard and under boost and then do not cool the motor down by an easy run. The motor is on drivers right in the front of the car and in front of the power steering pump reservoir. It is about 1.5" round and 6" long has has an inlet and exit hose of about 3/4". BUT..........only in a 225 motor. (It is unclear which motor you have). In summary.....if you do not hear the pump run with the first key on, then remove the pump and further bench test it applying 12 volts to the pump. No run = fail. A new pump is about 125 US$. Other wise you seem to have a normal cooling system.
