Can anyone tell me if it is possible to put a 2003 or later in-dash cd player unit inside a 2001 tt that came with a tape in-dash? Can I just swap them and have the dealer reprogram the new one? And will the new one work with my original 2001 cd changer? Any info would help me a lot. Thanks!

I have know clue but I will look into it, as I have the EXACT same set up, except my TT is a roadster. That sounds like a good idea. Let me know what you find out and I will do the same.

Word. Any mods done to your TT?

 

Not yet. I just threw in a K&N Air Filter thought and it surprised me a lot by making a noticable difference, especially in throttle response! A great deal for $50 and 10 minutes of my time. How about you?

 

Same, but I guess I got raped. My filter cost me 70 bucks!!!! Oh well, Im trying to decide what to do next. The wheels that came on it are pretty chewed up and really freakin heavy, so I would like to get new rims. However I am very power hungry, and I would also like to do the EVOtech ECU Flash and an upgraded DV. Both are around $600 all said and done. I just sold my Bushmaster today so Ive got money burning a hole in my pocket. I let you know what I decide
