Default Potential Serious Issues?

What should I look for/be worried about...previous owner was running an MBC at 22psi on the stock K03S with the stock FPR. I know this generally tends to run lean and I'm sure it did due to the fact that before I put the car back on the N75 (it's chipped and now running to 17 PSI) the car threw and engine code for the car running to lean. I would like to run the MBC again probably at 20-21 psi (yes I know the stock turbo can do up to 22 PSI) so am I correct in saying that a 4 bar FPR and the stock 180 injectors are enough to safely do that? Thank you in advance for the help and answers!

The car is fine the way it was. The lean code is most likely a bad vac line to the fpr or o2 sensor. The stock fueling is fine and is what the tune was meant for. Adding in the 4bar would require the ecu to pull out all the extra fuel you just added.

Cincy, ran the MBC, gonna stick with that. I only hit 15-16 psi, didn't matter if the bleeder was all the way closed or open. In backwards? I can't run it again car is in the shop now but I thought i read somewhere that if I did have it in backwards it wouldn't be able to hit over 5. Suggestions?
