So my power steering is making a whining noise whenever i turn at low speeds, so of course the first thing i went to check was the ps fluid. When I went to check it the fluid was foaming out of the reservoir cap before I even opened it. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?

There is probably a leak somewhere in the line that is letting air into the system. I would check the High Pressure line first.

 

Yup. Otherwise, I replaced my ps pump. Easy and cheep job. Need an impact wrench though.
