Default Power steering line

So Friday yes even the 13th i had my car at the dealer to have some work done simple stuff that I could have done...barkes oil change but had them do it so they could also pressure bleed my clutch hydraulic system. When I left the dealership i made it about halfway home and the power steering line blew next to the wheel well. I called the dealership and brought it back but they wouldn't touch it. I am going directly to audi with this one because of how I was treated customer service wise.

In the meantime however I need to know if there is a way to temp fix the line. I tried using a tranny hose and clamps but those blew right off the steel line. I got a quote for the line and audi wants $400. Maybe someone knows of a site I could get one for cheaper???

My concern for now is to just fix what is there if it is possible. I am stuck driving my girlfriends Toyota Yaris...not fun.

Thanks

start by dumping your girlfriend for driving a toyota yaris.

You could try shokan.com, force5auto.com or some other audi/vw recycling place for a used line, but I doubt you'll get a rubber line and clamps to hold unless you can find a way to flare the steel line.
