PPI Rear Bumper

I know this is already a thread, but I'm just looking for someone who has one of these bumpers because i have a few questions. I sent an email directly to PPI a few days ago but i haven't gotten a reply back yet.
Anyways.. Can these only be purchased off this website? What are they made out of? And how well do they fit?
