My car has a clicking sound when turining .. sounds like the front cv joint is busted. The boot is not torn. What's a fair price for the shaft?

 

Raxles sells upgraded ones for $375. New OEM ones are way more...I've seen the axles go used on Vortex for as little as $150.

 

I just bought both NEW not rebuilt from NAPA for $110 per side. Lifetime warranty, if the boots crack they replace the whole unit not just the boots! Couldn't pass a deal like that up. I did find them for less at a couple other auto parts stores but I have always been happy with the better quality products at NAPA.
