Default Problem with Horn

I'm looking for advice on a horn problem.
Here is what I know -
When I press the horn - no sound from the horn, but I do hear a relay clicking.
When I lock the car - I do hear the subtle sound of the horn indicating the doors have been locked.
When I press the panic button on the key - the horn/alarm does sound as normal.
The wipers / washers listed as being on the same fuse as the horn do work so the fuse should be ok.

Any suggestions or experience with this problem?
Thanks, Leroy

Default RE: Problem with Horn

Went by Audi dealer on the way home today.
I was supprised to hear that there are two separate horn systems.
One for the "alarm" door lock and panic button and another pair associated with the button on the steering wheel.
Audi says that the horns have likly gone bad, apparently common and expensive.
So I guess I'll have to get up under the car when it gets a bit warmer here in Dever 4-degrees F today.
I wil problably use a pair of generic horns if mine are bad.
