did you go with clear or smoked corners?

your tt is looking more and more like mine, minus the wheels... good taste

^thanks. Yeah, I went with the smoked marker lights, they are still transparent. but they are dark. I think Im gonna spray a couple coats of Night shade on my turn signals(rather than replace them). Im tying to do as much as I can, for as little $ as possible. So far, my recent mods have paid for themselves with the sale of my stock parts=)

I just went out to check the mail, and to my surprise, found my new shift boot. Yeay!

I love when these projects start to unfold. makes all the wet sanding, and BS worth it.
And yes, now I need a new shift ****.

I would probably powdercoat the fuel door. just because it gets some abuse(being exposed to direct sunlight and finger prints). I might even wait to do the other aluminum parts on the inside. I want to wait and see how much the paint on the shift ring holds up. that way, I dont paint everything on the interior(alot of work), only to have it flake off or scratch 2 easily. and then have to do it all over again. I think im going to take off all the aluminum(bigger pieces)on the inside. and just have them P-coated. P-coat is much more durable. I just cant afford it at the moment. Also, the aluminum needs to be prepped differently than steel. If not, its not gonna last.

i did my fuel tank door...

warranty, only thing im worried about is once you start doing everything on the interior, your going to have to do EVERYTHING or it wont look right. everything from the *** on the e-brake, to the lever on the glove box, to the steering wheel. you know?

yeah^ Ive thought about it, and Im going to go powdercoat. Im not gonna do everything. just the bigger aluminum parts. But Im also gonna do the door handles, E brake button glove box, and grab rails. you have to remember that the vents are gonna be the A3s. so the only aluminum will be very small. just the thin rings around the cluster, and the thin rings around the hazard and esp buttons. I think i might get an arm rest also.

i forgot what brand of spray paint though. i feel like i used duplicolor
