Default questions and help?

Im new to this forum and was wondering if you guys could help me out with a few things.

First off im having a horrible time finding performance websites for TTs, Only few ive found were ttstuff.com, evolution motorsports and north american motorsports. Was wondering if someone could give me soem more sites that i havnt found.

Secondly, I owened my TT for about 7 months now and im just about to start moding it. I have some ideas after reading this forum, but i have some more questions.

The only downpipe ive seen for a 2000 TT quattro was the neuspeed downpipe, after reading the forums ive heard of the techtonic downpipe but i cant find that anywhere. Also, im planning on upgrading to a bigger turbo, even if its just a K04, but if i did do that, would i need a new downpipe? Also if i have a downpipe, is it a waste of money to get a cat-back? Or should i upgrade other things and worry about the cat-back later?

Im not trying to waste any money. Im just trying to think of the order that i should do things in.

So far i was thinking DV, downpipe, CAI, k04, then chip.

or is there any companys that would relfash for free or discounted if i chipped first, then needed retuning for k04??

Sorry i just need some suggestions, i know you guys probably get tired of posts like these.

Thanks a lot

If you have the quattro, you should already have the K04 installed. The 180hp version has the K03. As I am at work I dont have the exact web addresses, but there are quite a few aftermarket performance shops around. Open your search up to just include Audi, dont limit it to the TT and you will find all kinds of places that due aftermarket for the TT. As for the chip, with todays chips you can upgrade one and request that it is one that can later be reflashed to include the upgraded turbo. In my opinion I would go...DV,CAI, Chip, Exhaust, Turbo, FMIC

http://www.goapr.com/Audi/index.html

http://www.lltek.com/
http://www.modshack.info/

These should get you started. I found all of them on Google by just typing in Audi Performance. All but the Modshack one, I cant remember how I found that one. There are others, better than the above, as you stated the TTshop is a good one.

greedspeed.com, awetuning.com, renn-art.com, goapr.com, achtuning.com, eurocodetuning.com, thettshop.com, atpturbo.com, ngpracing.com, abdracing.com, ross-tech.com, ecstuning.com, ttstuff.com, modshack.info, also check out forums audizine.com and audiworld.com

you kind find alot of these if you search "1.8t performance"

this is what i have accumulated in my bookmarks since i got my car

I have a 180 tt quattro as well and so far i have done diverter valve, and intake, next mods will be a chip and exhaust, and hopefully later this year a big turbo upgrade.

If you need any help with your car just let me know.

pretty sure the 2000 180hp has the K03, not the K03 sport.
