My good friends dad took a look at my exhaust, and said my resonator was bad... the one from my dp... its an ebay dp. GUess i'll just get anew one.. I was wondering if I get a new dp and cut out the other resonator and just put a 3'' pipe from the dp to the muffler will i get any performance difference? And my car is really loud could my bad resonators be the reason?

 

negligible performance difference.

Also, resonators don't really do much for volume.
