Default Quick Racing question

Are the eclipse gsx quick??? i was coming home with my friend that has a supercharged e46 m3 and the eclipse tried to race us but we whipped him quick.. but the gsx was fairly quick, i was curious if i was able to beat'em.. all he had was an intake and exhaust.. im chipped with a few mods... what do u guys thing?? am i able to beat'em?

stock there nothing too special, but they can make a lot of power for a little $.

i just dd some research.. 210 stock and 214 torque... i guess they can move..

GSX's are close to our weight, and only 210 hp.

Stock for stock 225TT shouldwin.

They respond very well to mods though (unlike us).

So mod for mod you'll be in trouble.

If he has intake and exhaust i'd expect that he at least also has a boost controller, probably more.

Cant believe it took that many post for someone to point out the awd. The GST are turbo fwd if you anyone didnt know

I was gonna point it out, but i took it for granted that everyone knew the difference.


I think GS-T's and GSX's have different gearing also.

Oh... andGSX's can launch like crazy... If you like abusing your car. A 5000 rpm drop will get you a light chirp and a snapped neck.

What about a Mustang GT (assume its a 2002-2003 model)?? Ive done a really close race on highway with it. I think I can do better on shifting. What do you guys think?

Those GT suck *****. A chipped car should be able to hang with them and beat them with exhaust and intercooler
