+ headlight, fender and bumper support. Again it depends on where and how the parts are sourced.

I really dont know how fast i was going at impact... i slowed down quite a bit, the other car barely had any damage... just scratched up and a small tear in the bumper..
My next question is, does anyone know any good body shops near the San Jose california area.. anywhere that does really cheap work?

You're near SF? Sweet! Sanoma is my old stomping grounds! I've been outta Cali too long to point you to a good body shop. I had a friend who owned a shop in Santa Rosa, but he sold out and moved to Colorado...sorry.

headlight assemblies are ~$900 a piece, given that bit of information alone, I think its safe to say you're talking $4000 starting off, once you start pulling panels you may find more damage, and that estimate could go up.
