i know you can buy heated/cooled seats...

i wonder if you can get some that will utilize the factory controls on the dash.

You just have to take the heater part out of the OEM seats and have them put in the new ones. I dont know how the fabric will handle the heat.

I kind of gathered that by reading the VWVortex thread... but if you were to get leather instead of cloth, I wouldn't see it as becomming an issue.

Just my thoughts.

there are plenty of VW's that have the same heated seats with cloth, you will be fine swapping out the heating eliment.
