does anyone have any instructions on how to replace the license plate bulb for 2006 audi tt?

Sure! It's fairly easy.

Let's see if I remember correctly.

Lift the hatch. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry the tab holding the plastic bulb housing to the side. The housing should come out and give you access to the bulb.

That's pretty much it. Someone correct me if I've missed something, as I'm just recalling this from memory.

 

is there any upgraded bulbs that are brighter. Any led's or something like that for our cars?

 

There is a small opening where a flat-head screwdriver can go into, just make sure that after the screwdriver is in you slide it to the center a little to push the tab over. pretty much what Inimical said. i cracked mine doing it before, not sliding it over.
