Revo trial today.. 710N problems?
I know the 710N will go out with a chip but does this happen within 5hrs of driving? This will most likely be some of the hardest driving I've put on the car since I bought it. I had a heart to heart with my TT last night letting it know the hurt was coming but it wasn't anything personal.
I highly doubt it.. just trying to confirm.

absolutely and completely abused by previos owner. somewhat neglected I believe like your green TT.
and you forget I own a TT and therefore do wait around evryday for something to go wrong.
the 710N is only a few months old. I'm sure it'll be fine.
its better to worry now then be pissed later when something does go wrong.

I just take it as it comes, no sense worrying, unless you're constantly driving it out of town.
Oh ****, I put 1000 miles on my car this week, constantly out out town. Uhhh.... crap.
On that note, I need to drop a few Benjamins on full KMAC's, I'm doing front and rear. Dunno if you remember the thread, but I posted a few months ago about the shop doing an alignment for me, not even coming close to getting it aligned, and 'doing me a favor' by not charging me the extra time/labor it took 3 guys 4 hrs to NOT align it. When I put the KMAC's on the other TT, I aligned one wheel at home the night before my alignment appointment with a square and a yard stick. If I sit right there, and make sure they use them right, theres no excuse for not aligning it.
But back to your deal, good luck with it. Does flipping the stock valve extend its life expectancy? I bought my Forge valve before I had any problems with the stock one, so Im not sure how much abuse it really takes to kill it.

My 5hrs of driving will be from DC area into South Jersey for a family reunion and then onto Philadelphia for a friends wedding tomorrow.
You get 5hrs of KEY ON time with the Revo trial. Get it done at 430 today and drive it home, then park it until tomorrow morning when we leave.

At stock pressure/heat, the valve can last tons of miles. The extra heat and pressure wears it out faster. You cant really abuse a dv, it either works or it doesnt.
