basically you cant file a complaint till the time has passed which is 28 days even if you have no response from the seller within that time because he/she might not be able for what ever reason to reply like an accident ( heaven forbid ) so time is your enemy "been there" [:@]

I had a similar situation on eBay. eBay had a waiting period of 7 days and PayPal was 28-30 days prior to allowing me to file a complaint. In this case both favor the seller. That's why a lot of people won't use PayPal.

I stopped using them for that reason[:@]and I dont like credit card like Visa which for some reason they like ( money makers ) I only used pay up front bank card from my current account and it takes 9 days to clear so slows deliver down[:@][:@]

call paypal,they will get the ball rolling especially if its a large dollar amount.This happened to me with a thousand dollar deposit, after the seller didn't return calls or e-mails paypal got involved and I had my money back in 24 hours.Think this is the number 402-935-2050
