Judging by the fact that he has a pic I saw him post on here on the ad, I'd say it's him.

thats a shame i wish there was some way to let people know.......... selling to due money concerns and can no longer afford insurance? more like "scammed a bunch of people online and went to jail now im broke." I remember this guy. He had several posts on the various stages of his paint job. A few of us questioned the wisdom of that color for resale. Now we'll see. The car is CHEAP!

What a douche bag. I remember his paint job looking shitty up close. His rings or his quattro emblem were crooked, and the IC piping looked like ****. I hope he gets what he deserves. Do I just go on caigslist and flag it? Consider it done.
