Default schizo-blinkers

...Anyone else have intermittent blinker gremlins...works fine most of the time, occasionally a couple of "clicks" then stop...and also no "blinks" at all...irritating!... Any easy solutions or just a "joy of ownership issue"? Thanks

Just fixed this issue. The hazard button has a relay built into it, which also controls the blinkers. Just remove the radio drop down the entire hazard assembly (button and all) and replace. Its one unit and takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. I cant tell you cost, because I just bought my car and got the unit for free from the dealer. But its easy enough that there is no need to pay a shop to do it. Just buy it from them and do it yourself. The hardest part is getting the radio out.

Yup, same thing happened to me. Had the dealer replace it. Cost about 100 bucks.
Next time I will do it myself.

Yeah but you can pick it up at like best buy or other stereo install shop. Its just an L shaped bracket that allows you to release the clips holding the radio in place. I think they are like 30 bucks.
