This work for the 180 TT? - What kinds of gains am I going to see compared to the K03 turbo that I have stock? - How does it compare to the K04?

This kit is cheaper than i've seen in alot of places... how is it long term quality?

How much labor do you think is needed to install this? - Are there are parts I would need? Any modifications?

-You may have a buyer if I hear what I want to hear..hehe

This work for the 180 TT? - What kinds of gains am I going to see compared to the K03 turbo that I have stock? - How does it compare to the K04? Huge power differance. You will be looking at 350hp with stock internals. The differance between the K03 and 4 would be spool time. You wouldnt hit boost till around 4-5k.

This kit is cheaper than i've seen in alot of places... how is it long term quality? Quility, the turbo will last you as you will be no where near using it to its full capacity. The intercooler would need to be custom fabed i have all the piping there will just be cutting involved.

How much labor do you think is needed to install this? - Are there are parts I would need? Any modifications? Parts you will need: Walbro 255 fuel pump 100.00, Cast iron turbo manifold pick one up for around 150.00 to 250.00, injectors you can get them off of vortex used w/ 10k miles or so for around 100.00 - 180.00 for the set, The last thing you will need would be BT chipping which is normally around 900.00 or so depending if you are chipped already if you are then you are looking around 400.00. You will also need to fab a downpipe for this just take a flange and some 3inch to a exhaust shop or welding shop and they will do that for you pretty cheap. Labor your looking around 6-8 hours of install for everything.

Useful link would be the BT parts list.

Sorry to see your stuff go Ryan! Don't forget you need a clutch to hold the torque from that thing.

Its good that he is letting this stuff go, its just way to big. It would be better suited for a VR6 guy. I hope you post this in the mkiv and forced induction classifieds on vortex. You would have a good chance of selling it there due to the size of the turbo.

Someone made a mid engine rwd GTI with a VR6T. It was in Eurotuner about 6-8mo ago.
