Default sequential turbo thought..

Well im going to have another turbo layin around here soon... what would it take to run a sequential turbo?

more than its worth a 4cyl doesnt need twin sequential turbo 1 big one will do

yep u don't need two turbo's to spool a 4 cylinder....definetly need bigger displacement with custom fabbed manifold , etc...then again..its not worth it..

You people are all thinking twin, he said sequential. That means 2 differnt sizes. But it isnt worth the added cost. Since the introduction of dbb turbos, they are no longer needed for big power with a decent midrange. With a small displacement motor, all you need to do is rev. The stock head can do 8k if asked and thats plenty for any gt30 series turbo. WIth those you can easily get around 550whp and have them start to run out of gas around 8k. Plus we already have a great engine to spool turbos since we use higher c/r and run nice timing curves. If you want to spool a larger turbo faster, just stroke it, its far cheaper.
