just wanted to know if the Stock aluminum shaft is suppossed to be attached to the leather shift ****? my doesnt and it slides around and is getting on my nerves. its been like that since i bought the car and i'm noticing in some pics of other peoples cars the shaft and **** seem to be one piece and thats what i'm after! i've tried taking apart the piece and i think they're glued or somthing. Does the shaft go inside the **** or what? any help would be great!
