So while I am saving up for my rims and tires (yes, I am a college student so I dont have much $$$) I was thinking about coating my stock rims black... just for a change. Had a buddy 'shop the pic, so if you would leave your oppinions I would appriciate it. Thanks.

 

Pimp! I like the black if your going to do it then make sure its gloss like on the photoshop and clearcoat it afterwards. Then tint your tails, take the orange crap out of your headlight and you will be all set!

 

i'd black em. and yes, clear coat em... flat black wouldn't look all too great compared to gloss black on ur graphite gray of a car.

p.s. - and drop ur car low to the earf.

Wow...this was exactly what I was considering. Now do I do the work myself or pay a shop to paint them professionally? I do have a budget of about $200 per wheel but I think getting them pro painted will still cost more?
