Skid Plate

Need a skid plate for a 2001 TT 1.8l roadster 6-spd. Have tried the local salvage yards - not a TT to be found. Tried genuineVWAudiparts.com and to ship it ground to SC costs $10 less than through dealership. Suggestions anyone? Thanks in advance
