are the T3/T4 water cooled? or just oil cooled? arnold was telling me the price differences in the kits and said i wouldnt need the coolant lines so i assume they are not coolant cooled

they are just oil cooled. Thats why the kits are ~$700 cheaper. $600 for the turbo and $100 for the coolent lines. With just oil cooled, you need to let it idle a little while longer

You can use the stock banjo bolts to block off the block and the other to block off the water lines. Atleast they worked for me 
Because those turbos are another $800 + will need rods to make the same power.
