about the haldex unit... i do have the quattro so would this be a fun little toy?

 

That one I linked said it puts more power to the rear wheels or just about 50/50. Then they have a red one for racing which is like $200 more and it's for racing...but I think I read that if your gonna drivin in rain or winter conditions the red one is horrible.

No save your money unless you really get into Auto X. Buy a 19mm rear sway bar, practice practice practice driving and drop your car with a good set of springs and shocks. Then think about the haldex unit. Better money spent in turbo upgrades, internals and other toys. At least in my own opinion.

 

and this is just a suggestion but dont you think you should get your car running 100% before adding more power etc?

 

my car is running 100%... got it back from a tune up or whatever and its ready for my goodies

 

not you.. i'm talking about darkcolla the douche w/ a bad control unit thats looking into other mods before fixing his car.

 

hahaha dielryan I think we got off on a bad start...My car is running 100% just the fact that the haldex went out...But that's not ruining the performance horribly just that it's basically running all power to FWD...And i think the OEM haldex cost more then the one I linked...But not for sure... I've read the FAQ's and it's basically what I expected it to say but i was just asking for some suggestions like what everyone else has done I just don't know what I wanna do first... Idk

 

this is my problem. i have a list of like 8 things and I want them all right now. I am having difficulty putting a list together and prioritizing it. The list order changes daily if not hourly.

chip
dv
mbc
exhuast
fmic
suspension/brakes
then maybe an intake
