T4 dbb turbo = 5k spool
T4 journal bearing = 5.5-6k spool

If it were a Garrett or Turbonetics it would have it stamped accross the comp housing.

Could be a Precision though. I'd speculate it's just a Chinese piece.

quality control on mass produced items in china is really lacking. thats the main difference for me.

its the same for electronics made in china, lately the biggest problem has been laptops.
