Default timing belt

so i went to a website, which i can't think of the name at the moment, but they were selling audi tt timing belts for $25..

so if the part is that, which it may or not be true, i don't know. How much should i expect to have to pay to replace the timing belt?

$900 parts/labor at non-dealership. $1300 at the dealer. This is for the 225. The 180 is cheaper.
