Default TT left me on the side of the road

Well i was driving into town Tuesday night when i look down and see i have 490 miles on my tank which i didn't really notice till now then looked up to see the gas gauge was still right a quarter tank. I said to my g/f wow i'm sure getting good millage out of this tank but just to be safe i better fill up when i get to town. not 3 minutes after i said that i'm sitting on the side of the road. haha
Yah yah i know i should of been watching my trip.
Anyone remember what that cleaner is called that fixes the gas gauge problem lemme know.
Figured you guys could use a morning laugh.

Oh also i think i have a CV going out. There is a knocking sound when i turn to the left but when i turn to the right it goes away.
this mean the left CV is going out?

That would be a cv joint. - not a major ordeal. - The knocking isn't horrible either, its just annoying.

However if you like to drive your TT like you should be, it could be a safty issue

good luck!

Try flushing your PS fluid first. It's cheaper, easier, and worked for me!

yeah,I know the feeling. 91 Octane gas here in Denver is going for $3.50 a gallon. I'm starting to drive a little less and a little softer. If it hits $4.00 a gallon I'll likely start walking to work again.

I still don't get how they can use the excuse that other countries pay more than the US though. If we had the same tax base as them (which means we would benefit more than the oil companies asthe government spent the funds on the roads) we would be paying more than any European or Asian country. Damn greedy oil tycoons.
