depending on what your after but sequential isnt all that....most companies(BMW) have found that two smaller turbos running in a parrallel mode give better performance for both low and high end....and i wouldnt really want to drive a 4cylinder twin turbo...unless the turbos were very small i think it would have way too much lag. a nice inline 6 parrallel twin turbo(135i) is VERY nice and one of the fastest cars ive EVER driven...this car beats the M3,supra,EVO,STI, and kills the porsche caymen on the race track....are you serious BMW ? lol getting ready to order mine very soon...muahaaahhh

In the leftlanenews link, there was alot of **** talking cayman owners. I'm surprised to see all that hate. I didn't even know we had beef?!?! Oh, It's on now!! Crying little bitches. LOL so funny to hear grown men hating on car owners. I think it's AWD envy. Next time buy a MANS Porsche! Nancy!

Seq turbos are retarted when they already have a twin charger setup in a 1.4L. Punch that out to a 1.6L with the supercharger running 10psi and a gt30r boosting 1bar and it should move

A real Porsche? I assume by that you mean a 911, and not the Cayenne You could argue that the Cayman is better than a 911, because of the smaller, lighter Boxster-based chassis, two less seats, and the mid-engine. If you gave a Cayman the same power as a 911, it would beat a 911 on a track because it is an inherently better set-up

2006 Models:
Boxster S_$00,000__3.2L_276 hp (206 kW)
Cayman S_$59,100__3.4L_295 hp (220 kW) @ 6,250 rpm_5.1s(0-60mph)_171 mph
911 Carrera S_$89,600_3.8L_355 hp (265 kW) @ 6600 rpm_4.6s(0-60mph)_182 mph

I can't find much info on the Boxster S but basicly the cayman can be made faster than the 911 but instead is the half-way car from Boxster to 911.

You could argue, but you'd be wrong.
