Cincy... I've done just about all my mods myself nd ill be doing my intercooler this week or maybe next depending on when it gets here. I have 10 yrs helicopter maintenance background and an unlimited supply of tools and special tools... I plan on going big turbo spring 08... I haven't had any issues yet with installs... is that something that's gonna kick my ***? I also have quite a few people around with professional tuner experience from before the military.
I didn't really expect it to be more than a two-three day job.

the install isnt to bad. some of the bolts are hard to get to but with proper tools and know how its not to hard. Mainly just draining coolent/oil and unbolting everything and reinstalling new parts. Its just time intensive and aslong as you mark vacuum hoses and keep your bolts strait you are fine.
