Basically, I've always been inspired by Formulanerd's inlet pipe:



And thought just how hard would this be on a K03? I'm not worried about DV/PCV fittings, just the overall pipe fitment.

 

ya i remember that car....im pretty sure it was a 180hp at one time...you can tell by the egr/combi valve,sai, and n249 crap....the 180s and 225 have a different layout

 

It is a 180 with a 3076r and last i heard, still needed a tune. As for the tip....





If you can find a tight 2-2.75 elbow, you can then make it. But you already know it will be mainly for looks since the intake flows enough for a stock turbo

You got it I wanna clean up my engine bay and I really don't like the look of the stock TIP. I'm not too fond of silicone replacements either...from what I've seen the red/blue ones fade and the black one really doesn't look much different.

I wonder what the spool up would sound like in a hard intake pipe... prolly loud and awesome!
