Default Under load AFR is really rich... 9.3. Tips to bring back to target of 11?

My Uni file has always seemed to run rich, and now at I have added a wideband and can monitor it, I can see that it def runs rich while under load, usually to the tune of 9.3.

My idle afr is pretty consistent between 14.5- 14.9, it fluctuates a bit. I assume this is common for all cars, but this is my first time with an afr gauge to watch it all the time.Partial throttle runs a bit richer, but I see the 9.3 all the time when getting on it.

Based on my searching and reading in this forum, if I adjust chan 2 in Unisettings, that should help me get my afr back to around 11 or so, correct? Will that adjustment have an affect on the idle afr?
How much should I adjust at a time while trying to get to the target area?

Thanks for your input.
edit for afr target typo
