It occurs to me that I'm not really sure what the warranty period is on a TT. I read threads about the dealer paying to replace a broken timing belt, but my factory manual suggests replacement at 105,000 miles. ( I know...60k) What situation could possibly make that a warranty item? It is usally time or mileage. From what I can see, there is no way Audi will ever be responsible for a timing belt.
