2002 TT sprays strong out the headlamps but not the windshield- are there separate pumps? i'm new to taking car of my fiance's TT and need some help

 

I think there is an adjustment like on the Xenon headlights, Ill look in the Bentley manual when I get home and try to find an answer.. Hopefully someone knows off the top of their head, but if not Ill definitely look and try to give you the best answer I can..

 

Yes. They are separate pumps, both attached to the reservoir on the RHS (as you face the car) behind the wing. Take the wheel off, then the wheel arch liner. Windscreen pump is the topmost attached to the reservoir, headlights the bottom one. Gotta do mine as the aliens aren't popping up any more...
