nozzle size is based on your HP. The kit I got came with 3 sizes.

So did you go through the nozzle size guide yet or did they give you that info with the kit?

I not sure what to put in :
-injedtor duty cycle - should i check with VAG -com on WOT ??
-nozzle size @60 psig ??
-pump pressure rating - 180 ??
How about dual nozzle set up ??

you just need to fill out the stuff in white, the orange is calculated for you. For the top half, all you need to do is hit ok if you are a 225 or change it to 317 if you are a 180 then hit calculate. That is if you still are using a 3bar fpr like you should.

Next select your boost level then select a nozzle size then hit calculate on the bottom. The bottom 2 boxes is what your looking for. This is why you use a dual setup, so you can get closer to that recommended nozzle flow. Also a dual will allow you to run the higher nozzle just after the ic for max cooling and the smaller one just before or after the TB so you get the most knock protection and allow you to increase boost and timing. If you are running a single kit, you want to use whatever is closer to the recommended flow, preferably smaller or just over. Then you install the singleabout 12" from the TB so you still get good cooling and knock protection.

if that still doesnt clear it up, ill try better next time

What size nozzle's should i pick with dual set up ??
1 close to TB 60 , 2 - 175 ?? it is corect ??

the manual has a little HP chart. My car falls into the 150-350 HP category. lol
